Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy.

In the event that The Client desires to terminate the Services hereunder, The Client is permitted to cancel service up until 48 hours prior to the commencement of the first session. 

 

Rescheduling

This is a results-focused program with limited spots available. Rescheduling is possible with 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) will count as a session used, unless there is an unavoidable emergency (such as illness or medical reasons). I’m fully committed to your transformation — and I ask the same in return.

 

Refund Policy.
 

Upon the commencement of services, Louisa Greaves Hypnotherapy will not issue any refunds of any kind, as per Australian legislation.
