Service Description
This Clinical Hypnotherapy session is a condensed session for those who require a little further nudge toward quitting. It is included in the "Quit Smoking Package" if required. To be used within 6 months from date of first session. Location: In-Clinic at Forest Lake, QLD or online via Zoom.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations without sufficient notice of over 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a partial refund of total payment minus twenty percent processing fee. In cases of illness or other valid reasons for cancellation prior to 48 hours' notice, the full payment may be retained for a rescheduled session at the discretion of the therapist. Refunds are not available for services rendered as the time is reserved and used according to the scheduled appointment, and every effort is made to facilitate achieving the desired outcome.
