Service Description

This Somatic Hypnosis session is designed for individuals seeking to utilise the innate wisdom and intelligence of their body, mind, and spirit for deep healing. Each session is personalised and unique to what each individual needs to heal and this is achieved by being person-focused and intelligently led by the larger, subconscious mind. Accessing somatic contractions in the body (symptoms), we follow the breadcrumbs to the associated subconscious memories and existing neural networks in the mind, allowing us to make connections between the symptoms you are experiencing and the originating cause. Connecting with their own higher intelligence, clients will be skillfully guided to examine current issues, behaviours, and thought patterns that are manifesting as symptoms in their present life. It allows for the exploration of physical and mental issues, as well as recurring negative patterns and life themes, to uncover the foundational root cause rather than simply addressing symptoms. By addressing, accepting, and letting go (discharging) of the underlying emotional charge, clients may achieve profound insight, healing and deep relief. Techniques used may include but is certainly not limited to: psychosomatic hypnosis (incl. psychoneuroimmunology and epigenetic inquiry); age regression; DNA activation therapy, timeline therapy; cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT); gestalt therapy; solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT); neurolinguistic programming; inner child therapy; past life therapy; and higher soul work. This therapy is aimed at one single long session; however, many clients wish to return with different focus issues or questions after sufficient integration and processing is completed.
